RAAD® collaborates with perfumers from Grasse, France to craft unique fragrances using traditional techniques. The perfumes are then brought to NZ to be added to our formulations. Grasse is the renowned perfume capital of the world known for quality ingredients and notable craftsmanship. With a rich history dating back to the 18th century, the hilltop village and the surrounding landscapes are home to some of the world's most prestigious perfume houses.

- Fill your bottle with your chosen formulation and select the corresponding transfer label.
- Peel and place the text face-down against the bottle. Use the alignment lines on either side of the label to keep it straight.
- Press firmly across the label, working the letters off the transfer onto the steel. Smooth with your thumb, then slowly peel away the protective top layer.
- To switch formulations, gently scratch off the label, wipe clean with isopropyl alcohol and apply a fresh transfer.
At no cost to you, send us back your empty refill pouches. We'll sterilise, refill and recirculate them.

No, all NZ orders are sent by NZ Post will get to you within 1-3 days (Please add another 1-2 days on top of this for Rural Delivery), AU orders are via NZ Post & AU Post and take 3-9 days.

We only use multiple-use vessels crafted in durable, permanent, recylclable materials like stainless steel, glass and ceramic, no throw-aways. All our refills are recirculated to avoid waste to landfill, our packaging is made from 100% recyclable/biodegradable materials and our formulations are naturally derived, to get away from releasing chemicals into our environments or senses.

No! You can make a one time purchase. Then grab more when you’re ready.
How does a subscription work and what are the benefits?
You can opt for a subscription when you purchase. At that point you can set the frequency when you wish to receive a refill. Committing to a subscription also offers you a complimentary bottle and a more attractive price too. Prior to sending out your refills, we will email you and check you’re ready for your next delivery. You can skip, pause or cancel it at any time though of course.
